RULES & REGULATIONS 

• Items must be listed in the appropriate categories. Items will be transferred if not in the appropriate category.
  
• e-CONSIGNMENTS does not permit Sellers to place within their listings, any advertisements or credits for third party companies, products or services. All listings must only describe the item for sale on e-Consignments. Listings that do not meet e-CONSIGNMENTS policies regarding credits and advertisements may be ended. Continued practice of placing advertisements and credits in a listing may result in suspension from e-CONSIGNMENTS.
  
• Any Listing advertising “Want to Buy” items is not allowed on e-CONSIGNMENTS and will be ended.
  
• Any Listing that promotes Raffles, Prizes, Bonuses, Giveaways as an enticement to Buyers are not permitted on e-CONSIGNMENTS (they may be considered illegal lotteries in many states) and will be ended.
  
• Any Listing of Catalogues from which Buyers may order additional items directly are prohibited and will be ended. Old, collectible catalogues are permitted.
  
• Listing of the same item is limited to three (3) separate listings and Insertion Fee is due for each listing.
  
• Excessive use of key words, which are referenced for the purpose of attracting or diverting Buyers to a Listing will be considered Key Word Spamming and is prohibited. These Listings will be ended.
  
• Sellers may NOT place a link to another Web Page/Sites in the description of their listing for any reason. Neither to help provide more information about the item, to other consignment sites, to sites offering the same merchandise at the same or lower price, or links to sites offering merchandise prohibited on e-CONSIGNMENTS. Listings and Links will be ended.
  
• If a Seller repeatedly lists items that violate the terms of the User Agreement and these Policies, the Seller is subject to suspension.
  
• An e-CONSIGNMENT Seller may not charge a fee, often called a “credit card surcharge” when accepting credit card payments. This surcharge is an added cost to the Buyer over the final sale price & shipping/handling and is not allowed under the laws of many states.
